MERCHANTS OF HATE

When will it all end?  When will the race merchants let it end? 

 

Since the trial of George Zimmerman, who was found not guilty of 2nd degree murder of teenager Trayvon Martin,  racial tensions are again escalating and there seems no end in sight.  Actually, since we elected the first mixed race President, who flaunts his skin color and hides from his white past, we have had nothing short of racial strife on a daily basis.  Four plus years into his presidency, nothing has changed for the better when it comes to race.  Amazing, isn't it?  Aided and abetted by his U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder who calls Americans cowards, Al Sharpton who never lets a tragedy go to waste even if he has to make up the details, Jesse Jackson his sidekick, many members of the US House of Representative Black Caucus, and every liberal and liberal media outlet, the citizens of this country who are trying to get along simply don't have a chance.

It is without doubt a tragedy when a parent loses a child regardless of the circumstance, but more so when the loss is brought about by the violent action(s) of another individual.  That is true in the Trayvon Martin case.  We are hearing a lot about this particular death and the media has played it full bore, fueling the frenzy of hate and racism.  There is almost no let up.  So, I must ask, where was the media and the cries of injustice in the following horrific crimes:

*The Wichita Massacre   It was December 14, 2000 when two black brothers, Reginald and Jonathan Carr,  broke into the home of 3 white men, Befort, Heyka and Sandler.  Also there were two white women, Muller and an ultimate survivor H.G.  Over a period of time, the Carrs forced their victims to get naked and have sex with one another; when one of the men failed to 'perform', he was beaten with a golf club.  The two women were raped both vaginally and orally by the two brothers.  The rapes were interspersed with trips to the bank with 2 of the men and H.G., where they were forced to use their ATM cards to withdraw money.  In fifteen degree below weather, the brothers allowed  H.G. to wear nothing but a sweater during the excursion.  Additionally, the two brothers ransacked the home looking for money and valuables ultimately finding an engagement ring Befort had intended for H.G. 

Around 2 a.m. the Carrs took their captives, 3 of whom were stuffed into the trunk of Sander's Honda Accord to a deserted snow covered field.  The men were naked while the women wore just shirts.  All five were then made to kneel down and the Carrs shot each of them, execution style, in the backs of their heads.  Then they rode over the bodies in one of the vehicles they had stolen, leaving them to rot.  However, one of the victims survived - H.G.  Naked, raped, shot and left for dead she walked one mile to a home where she asked for help but she would not let them call 911 until she told them what had happened that night.  She wanted them to know the whole story in case she died.  She did survive.

*Knoxville, TN  January 6, 2007  Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom went missing just before they were to attend a party.  Newsom's body was found the next day near railroad tracks; Christian's bound body was found two days later in the trash.  The doctor who performed autopsies on both bodies testified that Newsom's unrecognizable body was found face up, feet and arms bound; he had been gagged with a sock and blindfolded with a bandana.  His upper body was burned, ankles charred; he had been shot in the neck and back and in the head.  He suffered unspeakable assaults on his body and was sodomized with an object as well as by a person.  He had walked barefoot to his death in only his underwear and raped within two hours of his death. 

Christian's body was found in a fetal position, wrapped in garbage bags in a trash can; a small plastic bag was around her head.  The medical examiner said she died of suffocation.  Her body was found to have tears, bruising and swelling in her genitals and around her anus.  She had been raped several times vaginally, rectally and orally and kicked in the vaginal region before being forced into the garbage can.  There were blows to her head and her body showed carpet burns.  Bleach had been poured down her throat in what may have been an attempt to destroy any residual DNA that might be used as evidence.  Identifying DNA, however, was found on a vaginal swab from a rape kit that was used on Christian's body.  Several days later 3 men, LeMaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins and George Thomas were arrested and charged with murdering the couple; later, Vanessa Coleman a girlfriend of Cobbins was also charged with murder.  A 5th defendant, Eric DeWayne Boyd, was convicted in federal court as an accessory after the fact for hiding the body.  All five defendant were black.  Source:  Matthew Vadum July 31, 2013/FrontPage Magazine

*March 21, 2013 - (This one is hard to tell) Brunswick, GA - 13 month old Antonio Santiago was shot in the face and killed while being pushed in a stroller by his mom (both white) who had just been accosted by two teenagers, DeMarquise Elkins and Dominique Lang, both black, demanding money from her.  When she told them she didn't have any money to give them, Elkins fired 4 shots, grazing her ear and striking her in the leg.  He then walked around to the stroller and allegedly murdered the baby.  The two teenagers are tentatively scheduled to stand trial for first degree murder on August 19th.  This was the murder of an innocent baby.  Where, I would like to know is the outrage over this taking of an innocent life?  A life that really didn't get a chance.  Source:  Arnold Ahlert July 29,2013/FrontPage Magazine

There was no outcry in any of these 3 instances, and there were parents who suffered tremendous loss and heartbreaking anguish.  Where was the 'march' for 'justice'; where were the Al Sharptons and the Jesse Jacksons calling for rallies in 100 cities?  Where was the mainstream media?   Chirp, chirp!

I have just read that the NAACP has reached 1.5 million signatures on a petition to the Department of Justice asking for federal charges including civil rights charges be filed against George Zimmerman.  Forget that the FBI did an extensive investigation on Mr. Zimmerman and found no evidence  leading to a conclusion that Trayvon Martin's civil rights had been violated or that the incident was racially motivated.  Additionally, the NAACP has put together a set of  'policy principles' called "Trayvon's Law" for legislative responses to reduce the likelihood of another tragedy such as Trayvon's. 

Do some people in this country only get upset when the victim is black or does ALL life have value regardless of color?  Is it possible to stop this nonsense and racial division and come together in spite of the 'race merchants' to live together in peace?  I know this sounds naive but, could we just give peace a try?
