It is not an understatement to say that Americans
are being deliberately subjected to intense violation of domestic tranquility stated in the Preamble to the Constitution which reads in part:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility.......do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." [emphasis mine]
We are witnessing such a gross and
deliberate mischaracterization of the law by the DOJ Attorney General of the
United States that it almost boggles the mind and we are seeing the tragedy of
a death purposely used to incite dissension to satisfy a political agenda. This violates 'domestic tranquility'. Although there are other instances, the Zimmerman/Martin tragedy is a prime example:
Dept. of Justice/U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder:
1. The Justice Department has been involved in this tragedy since the beginning through their Community Relations Service (CRS).
*The CRS was sent to Sanford, Florida where it helped work the marches, demonstrations and rallies relating to the shooting and death of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman; it provided support for protest deployment and technical assistance.
*Certain documents suggest that the unit sent to Sanford took an active role in working with those demanding the prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman.
*Additionally, the CRS employees helped arrange for a 40 mile police escort for students from Daytona Beach to Sanford to barricade the entrance to the police department demanding Police Chief Bill Lee be fired. He was. see: http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room
2. US Attorney General Eric Holder -
*Gave a rousing speech to the NAACP using the Martin/Zimmerman incident to condemn and propose to do
away with Florida's Stand Your Ground law; a law that was not used in the defense of Mr. Zimmerman
*Made the following remarks to the NAACP audience:
"It's time to strengthen our collective resolve to combat gun violence but also time to combat violence involving or directed toward our children - so we can prevent future tragedies. And we must confront the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs, and unfortunate stereotypes that serve too often as the basis for police action and private judgments."
