DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY

It is not an understatement to say that Americans are being deliberately subjected to intense violation of domestic tranquility stated in the Preamble to the Constitution which reads in part: 
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility.......do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."    [emphasis mine]                                                          

We are witnessing such a gross and deliberate mischaracterization of the law by the DOJ Attorney General of the United States that it almost boggles the mind and we are seeing the tragedy of a death purposely used to incite dissension to satisfy a political agenda.  This violates 'domestic tranquility'.  Although there are other instances, the Zimmerman/Martin tragedy is a prime example:


Dept. of Justice/U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder:  
1.   The Justice Department has been involved in this tragedy since the beginning through their Community Relations Service (CRS). 
      *The CRS  was sent to Sanford, Florida where it helped work the marches,  demonstrations and rallies relating to the shooting and death of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman; it provided support for protest deployment and technical assistance. 
       *Certain documents suggest that the unit sent to Sanford took an active role in working with those demanding the prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman.  
       *Additionally,  the CRS employees helped arrange  for a 40 mile police escort for students from Daytona Beach to Sanford to barricade the entrance to the police department demanding Police Chief Bill Lee be fired.  He was.  see: http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room
 
 
2.   US Attorney General Eric Holder - 
      *Gave a rousing speech to the NAACP using the Martin/Zimmerman incident to condemn and propose to do away with Florida's Stand Your Ground law; a law that was not used in the defense of Mr. Zimmerman 
      *Made the following remarks to the NAACP audience: 
      "It's time to strengthen our collective resolve to combat gun violence but also time to combat violence involving or directed toward our children - so we can prevent future tragedies.  And we must confront the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs, and unfortunate stereotypes that serve too often as the basis for police action and private judgments." 

        and this tidbit regarding 'voting rights' (a manufactured sore subject)
 
      ".....an important piece of this foundation was chipped away - when the Supreme Court invalidated a key part of the Voting Rights Act.  ".....this provision, called pre-clearance, allowed the Department to take swift action against numerous jurisdictions that adopted rules or procedures with either a discriminatory purpose or effect."  ".....Let me be clear: this was a deeply disappointing and flawed decision.  It dealt a serious setback to the cause of voting rights."

JUSTICE BY ANY OTHER NAME

The trial just completed in Sanford, Florida of George Zimmerman, a man of Hispanic descent who killed Trayvon Martin, a young black man of 17 in self-defense was nothing short of a farce.  The unnecessasry, premature intrusion and interference injected into this unfortunate incident by our Department of Justice AG, Eric Holder, aided and abetted by that old master troublemaker and self-righteous individual, Rev. Al Sharpton was totally reprehensible.
 
According to the initial investigation by local police into the death of Trayvon Martin by Mr. Zimmerman,  it did not yield  sufficient evidence to prove a murder charge  beyond a reasonable doubt - a necessary component - therefore no charges were filed against him.  However, that wasn't good enough for rabble rouser-in-chief Sharpton so he took it to AG Holder to set everybody straight that this was a 'racially motivated' crime and needed to be investigated for  civil rights violation.  Once the federal government injected itself, pressure was brought to bear on the State of Florida to reconsider the initial decision not to charge Mr. Zimmerman or  the state would face a federal civil rights prosecution.   Ultimately, bowing to the political pressure brought to bear by Sharpton,  with the aid of DOJ 'black knight' AG Eric Holder, local police were pushed out of the picture, and the case was put into the hands of a prosecutor who knew the meaning of 'cooperation'.

IMMIGRATION ABOMINATION

It would appear that many politicians (particularly those on the left), liberals  and the mainstream media would rather  persecute, belittle and bully any American who is opposed to the immigration bill recently passed in the Senate (S 744) when there is perfectly legitimate concern for the resultant consequences.  First, it is over 1,000 pages, most of the Senators haven't read it and/or don't even know what's in it AND it is filled with 'pork'.  Secondly, which is really first - we already have an immigration law; unfortunately, it is not being enforced.  Could that be why it's 'broken'? 

Let me just rattle off a couple of 'immigration' deals added for  vote inducements:

a)  Senators Murkowski/Begich (Alaska) -  provides for fish canneries to bring in foreign workers (what's wrong with American workers?) to fill the jobs

b)  Senators Reid/Heller (Nevada) - allows the government to spend up to $100 Million a year promoting tourist areas (like Las Vegas) and bring in foreign labor to fill the jobs (again, what's wrong with American workers?)

c)  Senator Sanders (Vermont) - received 1.5 billion to train young people for jobs (what jobs folks?)
