DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY

It is not an understatement to say that Americans are being deliberately subjected to intense violation of domestic tranquility stated in the Preamble to the Constitution which reads in part: 
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility.......do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."    [emphasis mine]                                                          

We are witnessing such a gross and deliberate mischaracterization of the law by the DOJ Attorney General of the United States that it almost boggles the mind and we are seeing the tragedy of a death purposely used to incite dissension to satisfy a political agenda.  This violates 'domestic tranquility'.  Although there are other instances, the Zimmerman/Martin tragedy is a prime example:


Dept. of Justice/U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder:  
1.   The Justice Department has been involved in this tragedy since the beginning through their Community Relations Service (CRS). 
      *The CRS  was sent to Sanford, Florida where it helped work the marches,  demonstrations and rallies relating to the shooting and death of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman; it provided support for protest deployment and technical assistance. 
       *Certain documents suggest that the unit sent to Sanford took an active role in working with those demanding the prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman.  
       *Additionally,  the CRS employees helped arrange  for a 40 mile police escort for students from Daytona Beach to Sanford to barricade the entrance to the police department demanding Police Chief Bill Lee be fired.  He was.  see: http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room
 
 
2.   US Attorney General Eric Holder - 
      *Gave a rousing speech to the NAACP using the Martin/Zimmerman incident to condemn and propose to do away with Florida's Stand Your Ground law; a law that was not used in the defense of Mr. Zimmerman 
      *Made the following remarks to the NAACP audience: 
      "It's time to strengthen our collective resolve to combat gun violence but also time to combat violence involving or directed toward our children - so we can prevent future tragedies.  And we must confront the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs, and unfortunate stereotypes that serve too often as the basis for police action and private judgments." 

        and this tidbit regarding 'voting rights' (a manufactured sore subject)
 
      ".....an important piece of this foundation was chipped away - when the Supreme Court invalidated a key part of the Voting Rights Act.  ".....this provision, called pre-clearance, allowed the Department to take swift action against numerous jurisdictions that adopted rules or procedures with either a discriminatory purpose or effect."  ".....Let me be clear: this was a deeply disappointing and flawed decision.  It dealt a serious setback to the cause of voting rights."

 
2.  AG Holder - vowed to continue to investigate whether Trayvon Martin’s civil rights were violated  and the Justice Department is asking for email tips on the former neighborhood watch volunteer (George Zimmerman) as it weighs a possible federal civil rights case against him.  see:  http://www.blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2013/07/16/     (The FBI has already done an exhaustive investigation of Mr. Zimmerman, interviewing almost three dozen individuals without finding any confirmation of racial bias.) 


3.  President Obama  
     *Initial comment at Trayvon Martin's death:
     "You know, if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon".   

    *After the jury verdict, his statement:
".....I know this case has elicited strong passions.....But we are a nation of laws and a jury has spoken.....I now ask every American to respect the call of calm reflection.....And as we do.....We should ask ourselves if we're doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis." , and 
 
"You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot I said that this could have been my son.  Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago....I think it's important to recognize that the African American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiencese and a history that doesn't go away.......There are very few African Americans who haven't had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching heer purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off."

In addition to these statements we need to consider the following actions, none of which were objected to and/or discouraged by our leader or his 'sargeant at arms':
a.   The bounty of $10,000  put on Mr. Zimmermans' head by the New Black Panther Party
b.  Al Sharpton's insistence even though the trial was over, this whole thing wasn't over;  calling for marches and demonstrations throughout the country
c.   Members of the Congressional Black Caucus calling for 'justice' for Trayvon
d.   Other unsettling statements from the  media and celebrities
 
I believe the statements cited, coupled with others in the full text of both speeches and lack of positive action on the above situations, were deliberately designed to continue racial upheaval and discontent among Americans.  While at first glance the statements may seem innocent and sincere, when one looks at the overall picture over the last 4-5 years in which racial tension has actually increased, it becomes clear that the intention is to divide us, not unite us.  It is the duty of  the President to uphold the Constitution and laws of this nation and his continual violation of the "domestic tranquility' oath is cause for impeachment and removal from office according to Article II Sec. 4 of the Constitution.

Finally, in this instance it is irresponsible for a federal officer of the law to intimate that a state didn’t properly
